With a background in mental health, social care and community support spanning over 16 years I have gained a great awareness and understanding of the struggles people face mentally and physically from various backgrounds and environments.
My previous work includes supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health conditions in supported housing, working with people with personality disorders in secure units.
I currently work as a wellbeing connector and beverement group facilitator for a community charity. I do sessional counselling work with CCAWS.
Working in private practice supporting individual's with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, beverement, low mood and burn out.
